Chad has joined us at our Willis, Texas location as a Project Manager in our Land Development department. Chad will lead and support the design and coordination of commercial, residential, and mixed-use development projects.

Chad brings 23 years of experience as a Professional Engineer and GIS Professional, with expertise spanning civil engineering, municipal infrastructure, public works, land development, and utility asset management.
