We have over 50 years combined experience serving private developments and municipalities across Texas. These clients include commercial developments throughout the area, as well as private utility companies, Cities, and Utility Districts ranging in size from 75 to 3,000 connections. We have designed numerous projects including office condominiums, apartment complexes, small and large neighborhoods; water production and distribution systems; wastewater collection and treatment systems; storm water and hydrology; and roadway design and rehabilitation. At SPE, the Professional Engineers attend numerous seminars and presentations to stay up to date with current rules, regulations and techniques.
