The residents of San Simon, AZ are enjoying high purity drinking water from their taps after their long-awaited RO system was placed into operation in early October 2026. The completion of the Reverse Osmosis project is the culmination of many years of diligent planning and funding efforts between the various agencies and companies. The project was a successful collaboration between the San Simon Water District and various State and Federal Agencies, including the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality, Water Infrastructure Finance Authority of Arizona, Arizona Department of Administration and the United States Department of Agriculture. NCS Engineers served as the Design Engineer, providing design engineering, construction oversight and permitting services. While SD Crane served as the General Contractor.
