• NCS provided full service design, CM and permitting for this arsenic treatment system which included re-equipping of three wells.
• The process includes GIM adsorption media with two pressure filters (12-foot diameter each), prefiltration, chlorination, and backwash handling facilities to process 1,000 gpm from 3 nearby wells.
• NCS custom designed the system to enhance quality and save costs, in comparison to a vendor package.
• This site also includes a 600 LF of new masonry walls, new SCADA and PLC with HMI, electrical service, and all related site and structural work.
• NCS provided all design services in house, including structural, electrical, programming, process mechanical, and civil design.
• NCS is also providing CM services for this program, including daily inspection and oversight, submittal review, special code inspections, startup services, PLC programming and preparing O&M manuals.
